My Journey with Mental Health: A Personal Story and Lessons Learned

Dear readers,  I hope this message finds you well. Today, I want to share my personal journey with mental health and the lessons I have learned along the way.  It has been a year since I last spoke to you, and during that time, I have been struggling with my own mental health. I was in a bad relationship and it felt like the end of the world for me. Being a shy person, it was difficult for me to express my feelings and communicate clearly. She also advised me to focus on finding "little happiness," as the big ones will eventually follow suit.  This advice struck a chord with me, and I realized that sometimes, it's the little things in life that bring us the most joy. I engaged in simple activities like cleaning and helping my mother in the kitchen, and the gratitude and happiness I fe
